    SO I have noticed that a lot of people have a common picture(or banner) that they put at the end of every post with a quote. My question is how and where can I got to make a picture like this, so that I can include it with my post and such??

    go here, upload a pic within the parameters (500x100 pixels 15kb max) then hit Insert Signature Picture after you upload it.
