Pretty gnarly glare on the windshield though but I hear that's common with roof mounted lights. Might look into some kind of visor for the top of the windshield

What about changing the location? Do you have mounts on the side of the rack? Could just face them forward off the side and they might be back far enough to miss the hood.

There are no tabs on the sides of the roof rack but I'm sure I could have something fabricated or find something that'll attach to the side of the rack to hold lights. The glare really isn't too bad but I'll see how it works out this weekend

I have a nasty glare from my light bar that's mounted above the windshield. I have it on its own switch so I tend not to use it very often since i have a 30" in the grill and ditch lights

I'll find the thread of the guy who makes a solution. It's an easy fix and you'll love it.

Yeah I'm pretty sure with a sun visor I can eliminate most of it, or maybe even some kind of grid for the lights if they make them, to focus the beams more directly.

Yea this looks good. Far off the windshield and back on the roof about 1 foot or so. @eon_blue has his mounted more forward, about a couple inches behind the windshield and they are also higher up so light is hitting the hood. That is a very clean mount though

Put some rubber trim like the guys who do high clearance put on their fender cuts.

Yeah it wouldn't work on a Tacoma too well. My cutoff for the lightbar is just at my headlight line so it fills gaps. Once I have a 20" in my bumper I'll be stoked.

    Headlights and Fogs:

    Lightbar only:

    All on:

Haha yep. They were getting tired of it. The pics don't do the last one justice since my camera focused on the amber light from my fogs. The trees were lit up like it was daytime.
