Plast-dipped my emblems, and didn't realize I'd missed a spot taping the Taco. The thicker stuff just rubbed off nice and easy, but where it's thinner you can feel it's a little grainy. Will a good wax buff that right out, or a bit of polishing compound, or is there some better way? Also, I used a piece of wood (looks like a giant toothpick...I dunno, found it in the kitchen, and my wife isn't home, so I used it). It left rub marks on my black paint. Does that sound right, or does the paint sound a little soft? I've had it for a month, and I had to wait for it...is the like some kind of curing time? I've had black vehicles before, but this one seems to scratch easy.

My black is scratch easy now that you have mentioned it. I wouldnt rub it too much. Might make it worse.

Goo Gone, worked like a charm. Found it on a BMW forum. Just have to be careful it doesn't drip on the emblem. Appeared to leave no residue, but I was doing the wax anyway, and it looks awesome!
