playstation 3 problem

Did you try flipping it around? Connect the In side to the TV and the 2 outs to the other. It should work that way if it is just a cable/wire, if it is a converter box of sorts then it won't work. If it is just the cable, it works both ways, an hdmi cable does not have a correct direction; the splitter however makes two seperate cables run to the same thing but don't cross each other. So you should be able ot turn it around and run info from TV to sat, and TV to PS3. If it si a converter box then you won't be able to use it.

I'm gonna get some good component cables tonight and see what happens. The composite cables I have hooked up right now are just old junk cables....and I know they are making the picture Shitty.
