So I have a 2006 Toyota Tacom TRD Sport 4.0 V6 4x4. I am looking to upgrade my clutch to something that will handle offroading a little bit better. Please post what clutch you think I should use and a brief description as to why. Thanks in advance for your help.

There are a few different options out there. How they handle off road, I can't say.

URD makes 3 different clutches for the 6 speed

Centerforce makes 2 for the 6 speed
    http://www.centerforce.com/clutches.tpl?cart=1266512000942241&subsection=clutchselector&searchStr=csearchStr3&cstep1=step1&cstep2=step2&cstep3=step3&carmake=TOYOTA%20LIGHT%20TRUCKS%2C%20SUV%20%26%20VAN&carmodel=TACOMA%2C%20T-100%2C%20TUNDRA&caryear=2006

I think I remember someone doing a review on here of the URD clutch.
