Please help with torque spec of the No. 1 idler pulley

I just purchased oem part# 16603-31040 No. 1 toyota idler pulley for my 05 tacoma pre-runner 4.0 V6

From what I can tell this is the pulley on drivers side lowest idler pulley closest to bottom of engine. The new pulley is stamped Double Double. Does anybody know what the torque spec is for this pulley stamped Double Double? To me it feels much more heavy duty then the other two No. 2 idlers I also purchased. I think these get 29 ft pounds..Thanks for any info...

I just purchased and installed the No.1 Idler pulley. The OEM idler I received was part number 16603-31010. It was the same diameter but not as wide as the original I took off. Now, the outside edge of the belt rides exactly on the outer edge of the new idler. I never compared the width before the install. Seems to be doing alright.
