Thanks for all of the recent orders. There will be a minor delay as I deal with a (real life) work emergency. I anticipate getting outstanding orders out by Friday. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So question, sorry if this has been answered but there's 9 pages of comments that I skimmed through. You have the red (dash Illumination) and the black (ground) wire chained/ran together, My wire harnesses coming in have the black wire (ground) on them, but no spot for the second red wire (dash Illumination) which is where I just tapped an add a circuit at the tail light. What would I do with the ground wires coming in from the ditch lights and the light bar if I use this? Would it be easier to just chain the red ones?

Just about everything is out of stock. I have a couple cargo light switch harnesses still available but I am going to shut down ordering (taking money) for a little bit, I think. I’ve got a lot of catching up to do on custom orders / projects. If you want a harness you can still reach out but it’ll be a little longer lead time.

Here’s a custom harness I just finished. It’s a plug-and-play harness designed to illuminate and power Toyota push-style switches for an air compressor and air locker located overhead. Plugs right into the ARB harness and requires no additional wiring on the user side. Hook up your compressor and locker, run the ARB harness through the fire wall, plug this harness in and you're good to go.

If you’ve got more ideas just let me know — once I crank through the rest of the custom orders I’ll have more bandwidth.

Any idea how many times you can daisy chain? As in, say I have the OEM switch I am snatching the ground and illumination from; how many other switches can you safely use that one switch for without causing any issues or jeopardizing anything (not even sure this is applicable to be honest).

I currently have 6 switches daisy chained and have no issues. There’s quite a few others at this point that have the same. I’m not aware of any panels that will allow you to hook up much more than that (you might get an extra switch or two). I’ll point out that, regardless of what panel you get, they’re all designed to have the switches run to your illumination circuit. Whether you use these daisy chain harnesses or just solder all of your illumination wires together — they’ll work the same as they’re all in parallel. The daisy chain is just cleaner.

Sorry for the silence folks. I’m working on a couple retail deals and trying to navigate that whole process.

Thanks for the response! I probably wouldn’t need to do more than 3 or 4 so it sounds like I’ll be good to go. Thanks again!

    Hey folks! Just an update:

I have reached a retail deal and things are getting off the ground (albeit slowly). It will take a few months to get the production harnesses into retailers, though, so I am going to re-open orders starting next week. I will be making a “stripped down” version of each harness without the daisy chain and without the extra green connector for the switches. Instead, I will be shipping the harnesses with bullet connectors (or similar) and will provide instructions on how to connect multiple switches to the harnesses. It will still be a very clean solution and is simply easier for me to make by hand.

Thanks to everyone for the support. Honestly never thought I’d get to the point of having a product in a retail space... yet here we are. I’ll update the first post when the next batch is ready. Stay tuned!

For overhead, this taps off existing supply and we have to then make our own daisy chain? I’m interested, but trying to figure out if this is what I need, or what you’re planning on marking is a better solution.

All harnesses are now available for order. These are the stripped down versions with bare leads (see first page). Lead time is 2-3 business days. This will be the last batch I make before going silent again to handle retailers for the next couple of months. People that ordered while I was out of stock will get their harnesses shipped out this week. Thanks, everyone!

Looking for a left side of steering wheel adapter. I read that this new stripped down version can still be chained? Is that correct? I have a lot of empty slots to fill lol.

ECT PWR / AUTO harness components should be in tomorrow. Still a handful that aren’t spoken for.

I saw awhile back there was mention of a center console option for manuals (likely from the HVAC controls). Is this something you have available now? Or is it something you will be have in your retail batch?

I am currently approving samples of that harness for the second retail batch, but we're not anticipating that one to hit stores until much later in the year. If you are an MT and want a below dash I can special order components and make one ahead of time -- there's just a small wait because of shipping.

Ya, I would be game for that! I am not sure where you have left off with the ability to power multiple switches, but I am looking to have 3 in that area. What else would I need for that?

Also, let me know what you need from me. I think you said something about what type of HVAC control I have?
