Came across a set of plug ‘n’ play BI-XENON fog lights for our Tacoma. They’re originally for the 09+ Corollas, since I knew for a fact that the Corolla fogs works on our trucks, so will these. Still haven’t wired the high beam yet, will be doing it this weekend.

Huge improvement over the stock fogs, has a nice cut off, even distribution of light and lot of colours at the cut off line.

    Enjoy boys and girls!

    Got them off of ALIEXPRESS.

Nice clean cut off, just fogs only.

Clean cut off cause they literally cut off the beam o_O can't say I've seen a fog light like that before. Pretty neat!

So there are two beams with this fog? I'm guessing the high beam you would tie into your headlight high beam?

How did you make it so that the fogs light up without the headlights being on. Mine are stock and only turn on if the headlights turn on.

Interesting find. Certainly shifts the beam pattern to be much more narrow/forward facing which isn't the most ideal for fog use as the idea is to illuminate a much wider pattern to find the edges of the road way at slow speed. The TRD "wide-angle" fogs are 75 degrees side projection, in the photos those appear much more forward facing. Color temp looks good though. The anytime fog-mod is a must have for actual fog use where headlights harm vision. Be sure to only run them when needed as large increases of foreground light harm night distance vision.

Nice looking truck and lights. I personally are running the baja design. But I really like the projector lenses

Trying out a 6000k bulb at 55w. Plan on getting 4300k bulbs.

So do these replace the stock fog housing? I like the cut off on these a lot.. Was considering retrofitting my stockers with a projector for some amber leds, but these seem like a nice alternative for relatively cheap

Yes they do. From distance, the colors at the cut off line are insane!

A quick GIF, starts with fogs then headlights with fogs and then all 4 high beams on.

Got these exact lights from Ali express as well, except I got the smoked lens version and they hardly light up at all. Not sure what is wrong with them but I'm only out 55ish bucks if I can't figure it out.

Awesome! Thanks for the pics buddy. Do you have anymore close ups of the light mounted in the stock bezel? Curious if they are right around the same size as the stock housings, or if there is any gap? Appreciate you doing the r&d on this! Most likely going pick up a set of these

I am tempted. I looked on Ali and they also have a version for about $10 more with a "HID bulb 2DH"
Thanks for the info about the Corolla swap out, that really opens up options, and I was unaware.

Don't forget to put ketchup on the list.

Sounds like these do not have a plug n play connection...i.e. wiring is required?

I'm curious how these compare to the Morimoto XB LED fog lights. These are about 1/3 of the price.
