    5100s set to 2.5 in front 5100 in rear with aal,weather tech floor mats,putco led interior kit, swl flush mount tool box, n-fab steps
    on my 09 they melted completely threw the lenses at about 43k and the pieces were just at the bottom of the lights and they were the 3 wire ones and on my 11 I completely deleted the dumb daytime lamps i didnt even check how many wires they had lol

    Hid headlights an fog lights, LED blinkers an brake light bulbs. anytime fog light mod, brighter reverse light mod, Access Vanish bed cover, color match grill, black rocker guard painted skid plate, rear TSB, 5100's with front set at 1.75, BF T/A KO 265/75/16, yo mama riding shotgun.
    2008, 2 wires, melted spot on lens. Replaced with led switchbacks. Had to run a third wire from the side marker light for it to work. 60,000 miles.

    Anyone try the 5702 bulb? the one at the link below is suppposed to dissapate the heat better. From what little I've read, Toyota is not the only one with heat issues and these were speced by GM to handle their DTRL issues.

    I have an 05 I just did the DTL I have the 2 wire set up and also have my BHLM done so I will keep you all posted if I see mine starting to go.

    Wow. Got them for $19.18 shipped from the link in the previous posts, because I am traveling and couldn't go find a dealership to look for them, and I was afraid I was paying too much with shipping... :eek:

    My truck doesn't have the DTRL. unhook them.
