Getting my new taco's windows tinted next weekend and am torn between getting the added visor strip. I know it's up to me but I honestly can't decide, maybe post up some pics of your visor tints?

Also planning on adding a dashcam, not sure if this will effect it or not.

I’ve personally never liked the brow. Some have a super light one stock.

Get it. I think it really helps driving west in the late afternoon.

Driving over a hill at 6:30 this morning in SoCal the sun was just brutal. Sun glasses and visor were almost useless.

The Tacoma has a really low line of visibility. If I had one in my truck, I'd be looking out it constantly, even at night. Not for me.

Did your other truck get totaled? I remember you had been rear ended.

Thanks! Never really liked red, but then it just grew on me. I came from MGM and years of white and silver cars/trucks.

I think the visor tints that curve down look ridiculous. I had my F150 tinted and the guy did the visor tint that curves down the sides. I took a metal ruler and cut it straight across. With the high roof and large glass area of the F150 I liked having the visor tint. I like you am debating it for the Tacoma. It is not as needed.

Both? I can see getting the brow tinted for good reason, but I would not be happy with it, esp on the windshield where I would see it all the time, due to the air gaps that you will CONSTANTLY see around the black border trim.

BTW, I just got my front windows done to match the others. Wow!

Yea, front window is getting 50% and everything else 20% with ceramic. The strip is free in the price, just cant decide if I want it.

I would get it if it is included in the price. Drive it home, look it over, then peel it off before it sets if you don't like it.

Ah! If you are already getting the windshield done, then I'd do the extra strip. It will be no worse that the first layer.

I don't believe that I got ceramic, just not needed here, but the match with 20% was right on the money.

Oh interesting. Didn’t know that was a thing. I assumed they were all tints. What’s the purpose of a banner?

I’d rock a really dark tint strip that appears like a banner... with subtle TRD logo.
