Whenever 40s happen, I'm cutting all the front of the frame off. I don't trust a 7.5" clamshell with 40s

I flushed the cooler in the rad, to get rid of the dirty ATF. Then did the feed and return lines. And found a blockage in the return line. Now I know why I cooked my trans last summer.

All my wheeling buddys have them. And I just can’t do what they do without them. I’m so stoked to try these out!!

That's the way it was with my dad. I use to struggle on obstacles and hard lines and he'd just cruise right on up in double low. I can keep up with him for the most part now, but there's only so much I can do when he was SAS'd on 37s. :bananadead:

The welds are ugly. But it’s in. I did a quick and dirty fab on the support for the second case, I’ll pull it and actually weld and gusset it properly. This was a fast overhead mig job, I do also get up too and weld it. Returned the trail gear dual case support. Man, that things an anchor. I have a trail gear rear bumper coming.

Drove outta the shop under her own power. I need to tighten up some exhaust connections. The 12.88:1 is LOW!! Can’t await to try it out!

Yea the TG dual mount is way overkill. I returned mine too.
Might as well have it solid mounted at that point.
I've been meaning to do a rubber mount on the crawlbox

2040kgs. That’s 4497lbs. Curb weight on one of these was 3705lbs from factory, gross weight 5104lbs. Bumper, winch, dual cases, and 37” tires have pushed me 700lbs over original weight. I’m pretty stoked about this. Fully loaded with gear and me, I’ll be damn close to gross weight allowance for one of these trucks! Not bad for a well built pos!

No speedo=no cruise! The 4runner t case rear output needs to be swapped for my Tacoma one. Need my cruise!

Currently chasing leaks, wearing earplugs, listening to metal at full volume, and cursing them. :rofl:Hoping to get them dealt with so they don't sound like a wet fart soon.
