Possible electrical issue with my 2013 Tacoma

Just purchased a 2013 Tacoma. A week after buying it I started having a few issues. 1. The a/c sometimes will not blow out air unless it is on HI. It stops blowing out air completely if you turn it down most of the time. 2. The touch screen barely lights up, you can hardly see anything on it. 3. The battery in the remote acts weird. I bought a new battery for it when I had to mash it 15-20 times to unlock the door. The remote with the new battery in it worked great the first day but I am back to mashing it multiple times before it will open the door.

2. The radio with the touch screen are also know to be problematic. Best solution it to replace it with quality aftermarket unit.

3. It’s probably the remote itself.
It not uncommon for them to have bad contact. Oftentimes, people drop them, smash them, wash them. I’d try a new remote.
