Been looking for Softoppers, fits my needs perfectly. Just wanted input on whether or not its a good deal.

I think it is the pre-2010 version. It has no rear bar, has a sewn in window, and the window is bad.

The seller is asking $275 for it.

Is $275 too much for a potentially 10 year old Softopper?

The window being bad might be a deal breaker. Are they replaceable and easy to do? I'd factor that into the cost. If it costs $200 to fix I'd say a total cost of $475 isn't a good deal for a 10 year old softopper.

Not positive on the replacement cost. Especially since the older model window did not have the replaceable rear window. It was sewn in. Softopper would have to re-do the window at their facility.

At 750 for a new one and you are paying 275 Plus repair cost for sewing in a window say 200 that is 475 plus shipping say 50 bucks that is 525 bucks. and you will still have a 10 year old topper.

For 225 more dollars you could have a brand new topper with a warranty.

I know what I would do.
