What I haven't told them is my wife will be graduating in December so I should also qualify for the $750 college grad credit.

That won't make a difference on negotiations. I qualify for that as well, still consider I got a good deal. The dealership gets reimbursed for that moneys

I'm starting my pricing and dealer search process... WTF is a $349 dealer prep fee and an additional Regional Fee of $649 - both in addition to the $900 DPH fee?

Shouldn't these be covered in the $900 Delivery, Processing, and Handling (DPH) fee?

So you offered him 300 dollars less than he wanted and he refused to sell to you? He will be calling you this week to finish that deal

I guess it depends on where you live?... In MO, they are only charging me $900 delivery and $200 Administration fee.

Agreed. And you him him about the $750 rebate after you finish your negotiations. That $750 comes from Toyota Corporate

I am picking up a silver 4-cylinder double cab SR on Saturday for $22,500 + tax, title, and dealer fees ($469). The sticker price is $25,364.

The 4-cylinder is adequate for me, and I feel like this is a good deal based on the exhaustive shopping I've done. Most quotes were between $26k-$27k. This one is under $24k.

I'm currently talking to about 20 different dealerships for my white 7568. No one has one but they are starting to make me offers to order one. So far, one person has offered around 600 more than invoice, so the tide is beginning to turn. I will play around with them until they start offering prices.

I have all emails with the word Toyota filtering into on box. I check it every hour and respond accordingly. I tell everyone the same thing and wait on their response. I'm down to about 20 dealers from the original 48 that I emailed.

Z50. You are near me. Can you let me know what deal you scored and who with? I can wait until early next year too.

I'm in Glendale. I emailed the 45 closest dealers. I'll let everyone know! We are going to Pasadena to talk to Angela this weekend. My wife wants to do things in person. We'll see

I am in NC. I found essentially the same deals in Charlotte and Greensboro. The dealership 10 miles from my house couldn't even come close.

I'm tempted to do this deal. I'd have to wait for them to get it allocated though. Deal is in NM. The sell price is $31,795 + TTL, no additional fees and/or add-ons. Configuration below. Only problem is, I'm not sure what the trade-in is on a 2015 w/ 5K miles. Anybody traded in their 2015 or 2014 recently? Curious to know what dealers are giving everyone.

7545A - TRD Off Road, doublecab shortbed, 4x4, 6-speed manual transmission
    1D6 - Silver Sky Metallic
    TO - Tow Package

My wife is getting tired of waiting so we went to this dealer who said they could trade for one... read about it here:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/southern-california-offer-quotes.393034/page-7#post-11055715

The california max doc fee si 80 dollars, so that one doesn't matter. Some dealers charge TDA, some don't. I am offering them 0 TDA. maybe I should leave that out and see what they say about my price before that is zero....

We have two running vehicles and the truck will replace mine when we buy it. We can wait. We have financing approved so we are just shopping now. Many places will sell us at MSRP here in socal, we are just dealing with people who have trucks. The have part is the problem right now.
