Just brought my truck in for the tranny TSB, radio issues, and a couple other minor things. I know there have been numerous threads about bad dealers, but so far this one has been great. They are replacing my radio without even looking at it, and when I mentioned the tranny TSB they were actually glad I knew what the fix was. No questions asked on either. Anyways, I just wanted to give Toyota some props for actually having a service department that really seems to care about pleasing people. :)

FYI: For you south central Kansas owners, this is Eddy Toyota in Wichita. This is my first experience with service, so I can't speak for sales, but the parts department has also been awesome to me.

Toyota all weather floor mats. Mag light that clunks around in the jack compartment. Dog hair. Dog drool on the windows.
There are some good dealers out there who understand word of mouth about good experiences brings people in.

So far I've been real pleased with my dealer (knock on wood...) here in Gaithersburg, MD. The dealer is Fitzgerald Toyota.
