Power lock disable??

    I am new to both the Tacoma and to this forum. I am an exploration geologist in Nevada. I have used the F-150 for my work up until recently. Most geos are going to the Tacoma. I do not like the power lock when I shift into gear, where all the locks lock:confused:. When I shift back into park, only the drivers side door opens, all other three remain locked. In the wilds of Nevada, I would like to disable this feature. Is there a method of doing this?? Thanks for any help.
