Has anyone installed a power seat into a Tacoma? My wife is short and a power seat would be nice. Possibly from a 4Runner???

Yeah, my wife is 5' 1" although she'll tell you she's taller. :)

Started looking at pictures of '03-'08 4runners just to see how the seats were, power and non-power. It appears the non-power seats may have a height adjustment to them via a lever. This may be another option.

If I do obtain a seat from the 4th gen 4runner, is it possible to change over the fabric from my seats?

you would think that if you bought a 27K on a truck it would come with power seats. maybe the newer tacomas will come with power seats.

Anyone ever figure out if a pathfinder seat will work? Has Toyota stared putting power seats since this thread was started??

Hey guys - jumping in here a bit late. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Limited yesterday and...$42k later - it STILL is not equipped with any power seats. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me, but I'm enough of a tacoma fan to put that behind me. Would like to know however if any of you have heard whether or not you can install a power 4Runner seat from the same year of truck into the Tacoma. I purchased my wife a 4Runner also yesterday, and her seats are quite a bit more comfy. Not to mention that I'm 6'4", and not being able to lower my seat is kind of a bummer - my hair touches the roof if I'm not leaned back lol.
