My power steering is really non existant at low rpm's. I checked the reservoir and added power steering fluid but still no power steering and makes and awful squeel. How do i know if my power steering pump is bad? And how do i go about fixing this. Any help is appreciated.

Im not sure but you might need a new power steering pump. Ive heard other trucks do this. My bosses truck did this when he would turn the steering wheel from side to side. He just kept putting fluid in there till he got around to getting it fixed. Not sure if that helps any.

    Warrantee?

You checked the fluid....What does the fluid look like? Was it bubbly & airated? Or was it clear and smooth?
