power windows don't move - but power at the master switch

I applied a jumper to put power to the blue-green wire and nada. Before I pull the door liner off, I just want to confirm that my test has narrowed the problem down to the motor itself. Is that true?

 

What year is your Tacoma? And which window are you trying to make move. Have a similar current problem with my passenger window. On that side there are two blue wires that go to the motor, white is the power, green yellow and black are the power up down from the drivers switch.

 

it's all the windows. A friend who knows the pinouts was able to jumper it correctly so we narrowed it down to the switch. I was jumpering the power to one side of the motor, but didn't jumper the ground to the other. Damn, the switches aren't cheap!
