These look great. I could've used one for my 2016 Tundra (bussman RTMR install). Would have saved me a bunch of time.

right... i think you sent me a message about that at one point :anonymous:

as you can tell from the stubby cables, I like to Piggyback off of systems that are all ready in place. So I run the solar though the fuse box... It'll send the power straight to your AUX batt and since the ML_ACR is voltage sensing, It will connect your batteries when the sun is out so that both can benefit from the solar.

I cut a small "v" into the bottom portion of the fuse box (rearward facing). The cover goes down over it for the most part. You can't even tell the cut is there when the fuse box cover is on. It does look slightly messy though when you have the cover off.

Ok. I’m looking for some feedback. I have a Baja Design 30” LED Light Bar mounted on my Front Bumper and I have it connected to my Switch Pro Switch 8. I recently sent it back to BD to look at the circuit board because I had a slight delay when powering it up. They looked it over and said it seems fine to them and to check the wiring. I have it wired with weatherpack connectors using 12 gauge directly to the switch pro. The Ground is connected to the Grounding BussBar on the PowerTray. What am I missing? The NEW Switch Pro is up to 35 AMPs and states you do not need a relay. How do you fix the slight delay? Is there a way to fix it? Or...do I just live with it?

Ok. Will do. I just went with the weatherpack since the LED Bar came with it on there. I will try that. Thank You!

@Mr.PowerTrays if I wanted to order cables to replace the factory ground (on the neg terminal) what would you suggest requesting from your site?

Exactly. Change the terminal to mil-spec. Looks like there are two cables on the factory ground wire

I just cut the ends off of mine and then added new ends that fit my mil-spec. However, I will tell you that cutting the ends off makes it a little shorter I just angled my mil-spec terminal a little and it works perfect. Just an option.

Never actually done the Big 3 upgrade... I tried to trace the factory cables back to the alt and frame once but either my arm was too short or there was too much stuff in the way lol. Then when I couldn't find any writeups or pictures on it for the 2nd or 3rd gen's, I took that as a sign from from the twGod's that I wasn't ment to do it at that time lol.

Anyways yeah, to just switch over to mil-spec terminals I do exactly as @KTJO 4x4 did, Just cut off the factory ones and crimp/heat shrink on some new lugs.

Damn! Well there's another idea for these beautiful cables you make. Just pull he harness and measure.
