Yeah we'll see what happens, I'm just on full alert, but I think I'm set up good if it does...

Looks like Trump could take it home. He just won Pennsylvania, giving him enough electoral votes.

Really really newbie question but if the market drops tommorow would it be wise to buy physical PMs?

I would keep adding PMs, they may start taking off again, but we'll see what happens this week....
Ultimately PMs are a long term trade and we are just into the beginning of the first leg up...
Don't go crazy just keep adding...

But both sides like to crash the market at party change so watch for any craziness...

Any particular PM that is a good starting point? I'm looking at these for long term investments

Stick with American Silver and Gold Eagles. They are the most recognizable coin and will have no issues selling in the future.

I like to get physical PMs for many reasons if you're investing in PMs...

I like 1 oz coins like silver Eagles and Maples are the best coins to start with... (and they are tax free)
And any size gold Eagles and Maples....

It's a good time to load up, but I like to have a monthly budget that I dedicate for PMs...
You have to use money that you don't need and can afford to hold for a long time 5-10 years...
Because of the nature of physical PMs they aren't as easy to flip but are one of the safest places to put your money and store wealth...

@shr133 could we see this economic collapse we have been talking about as the elite implode this global economy, and kill the dollar?

I heard they would do this and blame it on Trump. What do you think?

I never understood this theory. Say there were some global elite behind the curtains pulling strings. Why would they wreck the thing that makes them elite in the first place?

I believe it. Trump succeeds cause he's a genius, a brilliant genius, the best genius. And if he fails it's cause ________ is rigged.

Order out of chaos.......... That is the Globalist plan.......
With the changing of the guard their plans may have just been cancelled or set back...
I think Trump is a different fraction...
What will kill the "petol dollar" is the loss of control of the oil supply with Saudi running out, Iran coming on line and the China gold backed dollar coming out...
But that should just cause high inflation...

I'm not sure, I still think the market is past due for a crash...
But, now we have a changing of the guard... So a different fraction are in going to be in charge so who knows what it will bring...
I still think the market is too high for honest money, meaning it's still propped up...

I still think the market is topped out and with the changing of the guard why keep it propped up...
So I'm still holding on and still adding physical PMs...

Well said. We aren't sure what it will bring with the new party in place.

Nice to see PMs down today. Great time to keep adding physical!

Get the know your local coin shop that sells gold and silver PMs.

Also, if I do buy online, I like to choose between Apmex.com or jmbullion.com

On the online store are their prices consistently moving with the market?

Absolutely. The benefit going online is that you can lock in your price over the weekend/day after markets closed. You never know how the markets will react when the next business day rolls around.

I still prefer my brick and mortar store for various reasons.
