I mean it's so entertaining to hear these guys follow experts (dudes in basements making youtube videos) and calling for economic collapses then making up excuses for why these predictions never happen. You need PMs but the price is rigged!

Yes they set the price with "price fix" and set it using digital contracts, not the sale of the physical PMs and that is illegal and now they they removed the loop hole they were using to justify it.

What does that mean?
They will either stop fixing the price or just find a new way to break the law.
But last Friday the CME Group stopped providing the Fix for PMs...
Deutsche bank has already been fined for price fixing and admitted how it works it court.

If the physical market only contains 250 million oz how can they sell 1-3 billion oz every day? There is not that much silver available.
Who is selling 4-12 years of silver every day that they don't have and why is it allowed?
They spend 5 Trillion dollars a year doing this according to Bloomberg.

So for arguments sake you've owned all this silver over the last 10 years for what? For peace of mind? All it's done is fluctuate and gone nowhere in value over the last 10 years. Meanwhile my electronic paycheck for which I've never seen any real currency or gold to back it up has paid for my house and car and the stocks that I've owned for the last 10 years have more than doubled allowing me to cash out and make even more investments. I like PMs as a hedge or for diversification but to keep telling everyone the system is rigged and the sky is falling is getting you nowhere.

Yeah we all have some form of digital investments, 401k ect....
I have those also, but this isn't the I love my stock thread...
This is the PMs thread, so I focus on why to have PMs, as part of an overall plan.
In fact I may be close to my PMs limit and may go back to weekly trading.
It's call diversification, they don't teach that any more.

A house is a bad to ok investment and we all have one.
When the SHTF/inflation, and it will, PMs will be the investment to have.
The wealthy buy the stuff that nobody wants, because it's on sale and PMs are on sale.

You should have 10% PMs when times are good and times are not good.
PMs aren't for everyone but in the end we will be glad we have them...

 

Except your focus isn't on PMs as a sound investment being 10% of a well diversified portfolio. It's all about conspiracy theories and the collapse of the dollar and the US government. That doesn't sound legitimate to me. Try posting more credible sources and articles, I'm wondering if you can find them.

The Globalist have an agenda that had to be countered in your future planing.
We are 20 Trillion in debt with no way to pay it back and all of the solutions involve devaluing or eliminating the petrol dollar.
All of those solution will make PMs more desirable but there is limited inventory.

So PMs are a good way to protect yourself from the debt.
That's it, really simple...
And the price is dirt cheap so it's also a good buy so if the dollar can last another 50 years PMs sill still be worth a lot more when you need them.

I don't know what this means...... but after that they have about 3-6 months of cash before they have to deal with it...

I think this will be Trumps first big fail and nothing happens and they just keep inflating and spending away...

Some of the guys think it could be the start of the break down but I'm not sure.

You seam to be trying to have him give rock solid estimates of what will be set in stone. I believe you know that this is impossible for anyone to do. You cannot predict the stock market, all you can do is look at the trends, the news and determine what course of action is best for you. It's called advice for a reason...

So here's some food for thought. Steve doubted the fed would begin to hike interest rates (I clearly said they would move), yet they've done so twice in the last 3 months and that has sparked a 2% rally in gold and futures and a 1.75% rise in the spot price of silver. If interest rates start to creep higher with 2 more hikes by year end what effect would that have on the price of gold and silver? I assume gold and silver will be rallying but is this due to the fear of inflation or because of the instability of foreign governments and other geopolitical events such as further aggression by North Korea? What are the predictions and advice based off of these facts?
