Tues 9/1, the 10am crew tried to smack silver down, back up again.

 

Had to place another order ouch, these price hurt so used to cheap PMs prices...
I think those days are over.

 

H.R. 2558 introduced last year to back the dollar to a fixed weight of gold. More importantly, the latest action was 8/18/2020 when it was referred to the Committee on Financial Services

Something is a brewing

 

Got real quiet in here. I bought SLV yesterday.

 

Good few days to buy. Keep in mind, oftentimes the biggest moves in an overall bull market are down days.

 

May double down here.

 

From what I read it'll bounce off $20.50, but I'm in physical for the long haul.

 

The chart looks nasty to me - like a long way to fall. But charts on metal ETFs are not solid crystal balls IMHO. I'm waiting to pounce

 

I'm not sure where RSI is but if it goes below 25 or anywhere near 0 it's a good time to buy. RSI at 100 good time to sell.

I went in at close and doubled my SLV holding. Brought my basis down nicely (This is in an IRA)

 

Well that was not the craziest thing it seems.

 

Both Ag and Au have been runnung up in Asia overnight and sells off when the US opens every morning at 10am. Still in a huge bull trend.

 

Yeah not a lot to talk about, silver took a slight dip, so this is a good time to buy, It could go lower but I feel this is the start of the climb higher. So if you are still buying, buy up these dips and don't look back. I think we may have a few more purchases to top off the stack. Also picked up some more gold this year. If you don't get gold you may never be able to afford it when this takes off.

 

Just stumbled upon this thread. My friends and I have been investing in precious metals, mostly silver. My current portfolio includes almost 400oz of real silver in my possession, a 1/2oz gold coin and then stocks. We invest in metals or mining stocks. Some of our favorites are AG, SLV, GDX, GDXJ, FSM, NAK, CDE, HYMC, EXK, AXU, MUX, SILJ. I'm personally up a hefty amount in EXK and AXU, made a good profit on NAK. This is all within probably the last year and a half.

It looks like the mania hit silver this weekend. Most bullion dealers halted sales until the market opens tonight. Message boards are going nuts about silver. It is a much deeper market than gamestop though, so who knows what to expect out of it. It seems to be more than just the WSB crew though, I don't think that crowd would be interested in physical.

Looks like the short squeeze is coming, hopefully. Already in good position may have to switch some FNV to more silver stocks...

 

APMEX stopped sales till sunday night markets open, silver is running out again....
