I'm lost. Which wires go where? F12 11, 19, C10 15, 16?? Did you make a harness from the F12 to the transfer case switches?

F12 pin 19 (red wire) goes to C10 pin15 (red wire), the same is true of the brown/white wire; this means you can make a harness from the sensors to C10 or F12. The red wire is for the 4WD sensor, the brown/white for 4Lo.

So all I have to do is ground 1 side of the 4wd switch on the TC and the other side of the TC switch run to F12 #19 and the light will go on with 4wd? Seems too easy.

Thanks. Seriously, Thanks. I have been avoiding this--not wanting to break into the instru cluster.

Looking into doing this for my 2010 Tacoma Prerunner Double cab AT. Are there any issues with routing the exhaust or can I use my stock exhaust? Also, where can you buy the ADD module and front crossmember? I don't have a welder or any experience welding... So I want to avoid doing anything like that.

There is cutting, welding and a great deal of mechanical and fabrication to do a conversion. It's not for the faint at heart. IF my truck was stock I would have sold it and bought a 4x4. But I'm no where near stock, so for me, it was worth it. My buddy was the same way. Priced out a caged 2wd built prerunner and convert to 4wd vs a built 4x4 and add a cage. He bought 2wd and sent the truck to RST and had them do the conversion. He also had all the 4wd stuff from his wrecked FJ.
So with no welding or fab experience I would advise selling the prerunner and buy a 4x4.

I swapped my interior harness from a higher optioned truck to add keyless and other options at the door so couldn’t tell you how it came originally. Should only take 5 minutes to find those wires either behind/above the glove box or instrument cluster

How did you make your harness for the indicator lights? What gauge wiring? So you just ran your harness from the TC wires to the corresponding wires on pin f12 in glove box which corresponded with the c10 pins on the insta cluster? Grounded the other wires?

If I bought a 4x4 rear driveshaft would it bolt right on or would it still require some modification/shortening to fit the new tcase?
