I got 3 other inquiries from you fellow experienced converters:
1- should I go ATF AWS(how many qts)or you have any other quality recommendation, it’s going to be my light Baja pre runner and I know down there I will not be able to find it in case I run in to trouble.
2-what you recommend for trans/diff oil (how many qts)?
3- should I replaced engine rear main?

100% replace the rear main seal, only time you’ll ever get a chance. Pretty easy I just did mine a few minutes ago actually. Took off the mounting plate and gave it a brand new FIPG seal too. The old gasket was looking pretty bad at 185K miles

This thing. Found it much easier to pop out the old seal and put a new one in this way. About 9 bolts

Ah cool. I probably should have done the same thing. It was kind of a pain to put the R.M.S. in even with a seal driver.

I ordered my driveline hardware from Yotamasters. Better prices than dealership. Maybe someone can chime in with cheaper alternatives.

If you’re on the east coast check McGeorge Toyota. I order most of my OEM parts there, usually cheaper than every where else.

I partially fabbed up my crossmember today, measurements made it about 2 inches lower and 1 inch forward than stock. This seem about right? What about you @ilubtimmyhos?
