As for your breathers hit up @Blais03 and get the breather extension for the front.

Question for those who have done the conversion; the 4wd transmission cross member will not work, right?

If you mean the 2wd, then no, it needs to be modified or replaced

What I mean is can you buy a 4wd cross member and it bolt into the Prerunner frame when you do the conversion?

I don't think so. I haven't done it but I BELIEVE that the height will be right, but you will be an inch off front-to-back

Thanks! I am collecting parts too; I only have an AWD front diff and the CVs so far. Are you planning to have the transfer case stick pop out the coin tray?

    Good luck with it!

I fabbed up my own crossmember since the 4wd one wouldn't work because everything sat further back due to the inchworm adapter route I took

No prerunners mounting locations are different. Why toyota decided to do EVERYTHING exactly the same on the frame except that is beyond me.

The cross members are the same. It’s the frame brackets that are different. As @Newlife pointed out, I’m not sure why they did that. Seems like it would have been easier to have two different cross members instead of two different frames.

For some reason I think I read that the mounting points are the same on the PreRunner and the 4 cylinder?

You might have, but they aren’t. The 4wd brackets hang about 1-1/16” lower than the Prerunner.
