I've noticed a few new posters with no idea what's going on. Looks like us hardcores have to wait around for monday. I thought for sure this site would have some pre Stat specs.

    Great information here.

All the important stuff other then mileage has been gleaned out a lot good spy work by a lot of dedicated Taco owners. The test mags will now have to do thier thing or they will have to be made available for evaluating. Any more numbers us just more fodder for debate but it won't tell you much till someone starts driving them and reporting on it.

Hi, my name is Brent and I'm a tacomaholic. It's been three days since my last post.

I first realized I had a problem when my dealer told me he has been unable to build a longbed version of anything yet.

I was angry. "What do you mean? Can't I just give you a deposit!

" No not till I have a build sheet."

Thought I had this wrapped up. Now contemplating options.

See lots of canyons on the lot.....I think I just puked up a bit

Don't need a locker or black fender flares that fade in the sun. If that's your style and need, then more power to you brother.

May I hereby proclaim August 17th a bi-national (USA and Canada) paid Holiday? Tacoma Day. The day the Tacoma died.

...I kid folks. As much as I was initially let down back in January, I still would love to own one.

As far as the surge in new members posting about stuff with no idea many already know? That is a result of the automotive press giving all the attention to the Tacoma this week in Washington. They will wander off into the internet abyss and come back in 2025 for the "refreshed" next-generation Tacoma.

You seems pretty confident the unveiling will also occur Monday in Canada also. Not so sure about that. We have a long history for being late at many other games... Hoping I am wrong this time.

The sport also doesn't have the VSC/ATRAC system does it? I'd take ATRAC+locker over a hood scoop any day of the week.

The offroads don't have black flares do they? Unless the whole color is black? Only base models have the black flares, or am I missing something. I know 1st gens did, is this coming back around again on 3rd gens?

Well I hate to sound like the others, but I'm not a huge fan of the 3rd gens. Maybe they will grow on me when guys start modding them up.:notsure:
