I'm looking at a set of these on CL. Tires included are worn out. Includes factory steelie with spare 265/70-16. Has them listed for $375 firm. Worth it?

I have an apertunaty to get a set of these off cregs list for 300.00 . Question is would the tpms from the 2nd Gen TRD OFF ROAD 16" wheel work with these ? Also dos anyone know what the off set and back space is ?
