Should I post one of those TW disclaimers where I claim zero responsibility if someone pokes their eye out using my idea ? ....seriously why do people bother with that ? :)

Regular cabs are very few in my area. I look for them often but actually finding one to measure and do a mock-up for has been difficult.

Zach, do you have a drawing of the front fairing? I'm going to make a "subtle" change to mine and it would make life easier if you had a dimensioned drawing or a .dwg/.dxf of the fairing.

This might have been asked before, but are the mounting holes for the Access Rac in the same spots as the factory holes in the Double Cabs? I'm concerned mostly about the forward-most holes. For instance, if one were to have drilled and Riv-Nutted 4 holes for light bar brackets, could the Access Rac be swapped in later, and vice versa?

Dont know who's truck this is but i saw it on the Snugtop website after another member pointed out MrGrimms taco is on there. Just wondering if anyone knew the owner of the truck and wanted to let them know. http://www.snugtop.com/make/toyota

Also looks like possibly more TW members trucks in there

Edit: Didnt realize Snugtop was a vendor here on tw, dont know if that changes much for people.

Technically you can drill the holes for the access cab wherever you want. I recommend people place the rack on the roof assembled and test fit to determine the location to drill the holes. The one I helped install we put ~8" from the beginning of the channel but there is some wiggle room.

Anyone have a link to the correct size T nut to slide onto the tracks on the rack?
I ordered 20 and of course they were the wrong ones.
    I ordered these, didn't fit
    http://www.tnutz.com/product/db-015-drop-in-t-nut-wspring-ball/

I would like that style so I can unbolt what I'm putting up on rack and leave them in the track, I think they'll be esier to use then the ones that slide around in the track.

    Thanks

You need 10 series instead of the 15 series.

Thanks Richard! I had a senior moment for a second. But yes, those are the ones I was referring to.

Loco and FMF both have 50" lightbars with custom rails. Should be able to find pics in their build threads. Both of theirs are straight though I believe. To my knowledge nobody has installed a curved bar yet with these racks. Chux will be the first but he is doing a 40" curved and is doing a custom setup.

I found something else to use also to attach my pelican cases to the rack.
Elevator bolts, trimmed down to slid into the tracks
    [IMG] [IMG]
I used a grinder with a cut off wheel to cut the edges off the flat area of the bolt
I bought 1 in -1 1/2 & 2 in bolts to mount different things as needed to rack
