    Hi everyone. First time posting.....

I have been scanning TW for ideas on mounting a TopRac without tracks. Thanks to Evenflow for his great idea of using aluminum tube. I took that one step further and came up with spacers made from "Acetal Copolymer Plastic". It has around 9500 PSI compression strength. It cuts and carves pretty easily. I put a 5.5 degree angle on with my miter saw and drilled out the center for bolts. Im pretty happy with the results. Thanks Tacoma World for the inspirational ideas. Hopefully someone can use this info.

Thanks, I used a grinder to some washers but this seems a lot more durable
