    Gentlemen and Ladies,

I’ve got a set of Prinsu racks ordered for my 2016 DCDB. I’m looking at the ARE DCU canopies - I like the side access doors, the weight, and the utilitarian look of this set up.

My only issue is this - how do I mount the Prinsu rack on the bed height DCU shell. Unlike the other ARE shells (Overland and CX) there does not appear to be a rail system. Perhaps I’m wrong.

Has anybody done this combo ?

Is this just a silly noob plan that I should avoid ?

Have the rail system installed on the shell.

I had a ARE DCU with a solid mounted VanTech m1000 rack on it. I just drilled through the cap. You should be able to get a rail system, and then just drill that into the cab. Make sure to silicone the bolts.
