Wow. That's kind of a cool explanation actually. I wonder what my scrub angle is on my rig...

Scrub radius...Steering Axis Inclination(SAI) is the angle.

Hard to say; you can roughly figure how much you add from just a tire/wheel change.
The change in geometry/SAI is a bit harder to quantify. But as you lift, it moves toward the center of the truck, increasing positive scrub slightly.
Toyota doesn't really list it because it's not meant to be changed or adjusted.
    99.9% it's 1/16"-1/2" positive scrub...

I don't know what backspace OP is running, so in the below example I gave him stock backspace(5" BS @ -12 offset).
He added 40mm(1.5") of positive scrub.
I have a feeling he has even more negative offset though; moving the new tires centerline out and increasing positive scrub further.

    Red-stock SAI
    Blue-stock tire centerline
    Purple-new tire centerline

This is great information, and explains my bump steer/wandering issue even though my alignment is good. I have 265/70R17's on 17x9 wheels with -12 offset and 4.5" backspacing which provides a pretty wide track width.
