White smoke is typically coolant being burned I believe. So a cracked head/bad headgasket is a good guess.

Is it white with blue tints? If so that is oil correct?

Hmm white smoke usually means water vapor, hows your coolant and oil look?

Yes, white smoke is coolant, blue smoke is oil, and black smoke is too much fuel.
You may have a bad head gasket or cracked head...not to be confused with a crack head.
