Here’s my setup. I’ll call it a prototype as the damn thing weighs too much. But it’s a step in the right direction.

Looks very useful. You can shave lots of weight going to 1/2" ply with shorter sides where possible(around coolers for one) and using t-nuts w/machine screws to fasten hardware(basically all the vertical pieces/body parts) and 1/4"or 1/8" for cabinet backs with cut outs or holes anywhere you can(under coolers and stove or venting long panels/think drilled discs) the drop down and cabinet top may be the only places you actually need 3/4". You can actually buy prefinished drawer side ply in various heights and thicknesses with a bottom panel slot precut or 4 x 8 sheets of 1/2" and 3/4" prefinished maple cabinet ply.

I ended up attaching some L-brackets underneath the back bed-bolts and attached it to that. The weight of it pretty much kept everything in place.

Could you provide a link of where you got the sink, faucet, pump?
Got inspiration from your build, I'll most likely start building my bed this week. Already got the frame for the pull out, planning to do something similar to yours to go underneath the bench

Anyone have any idea how much this 1/8” thick angled aluminum can hold?

Mine is 60” long and 1/8”thick 2x2 angled aluminum.
I plan to put a Dometic CFX 55 along with a stove, some food storage with pans along this 60” platform that will be supported by the angled aluminum. Angled aluminum will be attached to the 80/20 so it will be suspended off the ground by an inch.

Wondering if it will be strong enough when off-roading and stuff

I'm not an engineer, so I usually go with the TLAR method (That Looks About Right). Seems like it should work to me. Here's my home-built slideout for the fridge and stove. Sticking with this for now--it was heavy enough!

    Quick update:
3 off-roading trips later and it did hold up pretty well fully loaded with food and ice

You can reduce the weight with cutouts.

    Hi @Arlaghan,

I know this post started a while ago, and I can't believe I just found it now. This is an awesome build. Thank you for sharing. I may have a few questions regarding your project coming up while I study what you put together.

Question 1: what length rails did you use for your truck? I have a 60" long bed (short bed), and if I use 60" rails, the locking latches ended another inch making it a total of 61", and I won't be able to close the tail gate. Just curious what you used.

Question 2: Did you bolt down your strips of plywood to the bed of your truck that secure your rails? Does the bolt go all the way through the truck bed?

Question 3: For the aluminum L brackets that hold the rails to the plywood strips, are they just screwed to the plywood strip, or is it bolted all the way through the wood and truck bed?

    Again, great build!
