Don't have any experience whatsoever with these, but from what I've seen on this site in regards to aftermarket headlights, all of these or specifically the "spyder" brands end up have worse light output than stock, or moisture starts getting inside. Most people that upgrade to projector headlights go through the whole "proper" process, and they're definitely not cheap. Just my 2 cents.

I understand that people get the crazy expensive ones but none of them look like that they are all very the same I thought these were neat but I know nothing about them to fully jump on them

They list the bulb as H9. That is a single filament bulb, without the dual filament H4 your will loose either high beam or low beam so the headlights will likely not have high beam at all. Combine that with almost always no-name ebay lights having poor beam pattern, reduced output, and leaking lenses. Edit: I should also add the H9 has a short life span compared to the H4.

They look really cool like the Tundra ones. I'd be tempted to get a pair and then swap out the crap spyder/eBay projector components for some Retrofit source stuff! And then swap out the fiber optic LEDs for Amber, would look real awesome!

I like these way better than the other 2012+ ones with the fiber optics on the top and bottom.

Then remove the junk sealant and get some quality butyl. Would probably be good to go after that.

Well, I ordered a set of these a few days's ago, I ordered the Spyder Projector Lenses, waiting for them to arrive. I will give my input once I get my hands on them and post detailed pictures when I can. At this point, it's only money$$$

My bet is they will be "ok". You'll probably want to reseal them either preemptively or the second you see moisture.

I think the newer spyder/eBay stuff is decent. At least compared to the output shots from all the older stuff they put out that had absolutely horrendous light patterns. And that's why they get such a bad wrap. Light output used to be absolute garbage and they leaked like a MF.

Worst case scenario you can retrofit some better components in.

I will definitely be resealing them before I do the initial install, and give a thorough inspection of the components. I'll let everyone know what I think. I don't mind being the Guinea Pig...lol

You can build retros and put an uberflex type strip like that around the bezel/bowl opening and actually have it act as turn signal

I have similar motoz/spyder headlights and the light output with some morimoto HID lights was still WORSE than stock halogen lights. This is because the projector they use in these is utter shit. If you plan to retro, then I say go for it. I wanted a different look from everyone else, and was prepared to retro if I needed to. I know my lights are different, but I would bet money the projectors have similar output as mine had. If you are interested in what is required to get things right, I got a build thread of my retro fit in my sig. I did seal them after the projector install, which was not catalogued in my tutorial unfortunately.

Nope, H9 should be the only compatible one to use with the high/low option.

It says in multiple places H9. H9 cannot support high and low beam in a single projector, it does not have 2 filaments like the H4. That bulb is used in a standalone high beam lens. So the ad contradicts itself as it cannot have H9 in a single projector and support high/low in a single projector lens. I'm betting it does not support high beam despite what the ad claims.
