What's worse: grammar police, or non-mods patrolling threads (such as the buy/sell) and pointing out rule violations?!

Treated me well so far. I just think it's funny they have both spellings 2 inches apart from each other.

The thing is – and I realize this IS general stereotyping – we form our opinions and expectations of people from the very first words we read. So when I see a thread that starts "Yo sup TWs witch taco shud I buy, the mint 2000 with 120k or the 2004 that the owner says has 90 but the speedo is busted and the rear shcoks are leaking (needs fix)..." I pretty much gloss over it and don't bother responding because a) the guy probably already has his mind made up (to make the bad decision) and b) he's not going to listen anyway. Could I be wrong? Absolutely. Would I hire a guy that responded to a job posting with typing/grammar like that? Nope. So please people, make an effort -- it will get you far in life.

No, mayb not from the shifter as thats what warranty is for. but there are many reports that people with the low tranny fluid did get extra "free" warranty added to there 3yr/5yr. as mentioned in posts further back and the low fluid threads.

I'm thinking English may not be the native language here. Still hurts my brain.

I can't emphasize the importance of proofreading enough. I sent a text not to long ago using the voice recognition on my phone because I was driving. I didn't check it I just quickly sent it. Apparently the dam autocorrect kicked in. Anyway I received replies asking what strain of weed was I smoking because nothing I was saying made any sense.
