    Just got off the phone with Walcott. About a week and some change ago, I ordered a coax and hadn't received it. I realized I'd put my correct address, but my home's zip code. Called up and was directed to call the (aptly named) PO. They instructed me that the sender must submit a "Recall of Mail" form.

    Despite the whole situation being my fault, I called Walcott again and Ryan promised they'd look into it. This all occurred by 2 pm EST. This morning at 9:45 EST, received a call from a Cody at Walcott who told me they'd taken care of it.

    The whole situation was my fault but the amazing people at Walcott never balked at helping me. At 2 o'clock yesteray I was semi-expecting never to see my order and wasn't pleased with myself. Now, I'm shocked, thrilled, etc.. at the incredible customer service.

    Thanks to Cody and Ryan, you guys have earned my business for a long time to come.
