What it means to me is a more "plush ride", not jarring my teeth on compression when hitting ruts/deep potholes

That looks like a sleeve over the steel braid, probably because that steel braid rusts...really a good idea but I'm not over paying for something that says TRD.

$700 for 4 corner suspension is not an overpay in my opinion.

Is a really good deal compared to what they cost a few months ago.

Overpaying? This set costs half as much as the Bilstein 6112/5160 setup from Headstrong. My dealer matched Olath Toyota's pricing at $580. I am losing adjustability for about $500 in savings. It looks like ~1 inch of lift is a safe estimate, but there are now two reports of people getting ~2 inches of front lift on a 2017

Just check out the TFL guys test driving the 2015 TRD Pro to see how the truck felt offroad with this suspension, the guys liked it.

Haha, considering some spend their retirement on Icon shit or King for the same thing I feel like I did alright.

How's that relate? I dont understand the whole buy a factory suspension thing. Especially having a 3rd gen and buying a 2nd gen Pro setup that isn't even valved for your truck. Front or rear.

You said you weren’t going to overpay for TRD and he pointed out that you would pay LESS for the TRD setup. Don’t get upset because he was right.

I personally think this is a less egregious way of saving money than putting a $140 fake Chinese grille on a brand new truck. People do all sorts of weird things, this being less weird.

I doubt the whole 120# difference is going to be a deal breaker.

Yeah, ride in 2 trucks one with this suspension on a and one without in a 3rd gen id bet you wouldnt know the difference without knowing...
1" of lift is never enough, youll want another 1" and buy new front suspension in a year. This setup leaves alot to be desired. Like it or not.

    So ya its overpaying.

Not all of us need 2 more inches of manhood. Sorry for your... shortcomings.
