Overload leaf is in. 1-1/4 rake, is what I have with empty bed.

As a follow up, after alignment: the ride is amazing. I didnt not expect it from this small upgrade. I suggest uca if you want the truck to ride and drive well. No overload for me, rear end is much more supple. I am planning to go with icon's rxt pack in the future. 1" rake. Ill report back in a few weeks with settled numbers.

Haha i keep running into your posts since I’ve been looking up info on 6112 + coil upgrade.
So what else you got besides the SSO slim bumper? Says it weighs only 40 lb and with each coil supporting 50lb extra, you still got around 60lb more to add before it evens out. If you only have the SSO slim bumper then i would guess it rides little firmer than before?

Definelty doesn't weight 40lbs. IIRC it's 65lbs and ever more with the hoop option. The website says 75lbs but I think that may be packaging weight as well.

Also the reason to switch to 650 is if I add a winch in the future. I also had nose dive and now no longer have it.

I have Mobtown rock slider which is 140lbs and 100lbs of gear in the bed.

Are these still available? Seem to be sold out in links I've found in this post.

    I have found kit:
    PTR1335140 on Ebay

This I believe is for FJ and people have used on 4Runner. Anyone try on Tacoma?

The digital angle finder I ordered came in today. I will be measuring my operating angles this weekend. My 2016 did not come with axle shims. Do you know what degree shims are on your truck? Are your shims installed with the fat end of the shim facing forward or rearward under the leaf spring? I'm trying to figure out what the factory setup is for shims. Does anybody else know as well?

Mine look to be about 3/16” down to 1/16”, fat end towards the rear

Thanks so much for the info and picture! I will work now on getting my pinion angle to match my Universal joint next to the CB.

I got the TSB leaf pack that had 1 degree shims added to it. The fat part was towards the rear of the taco. I swapped them with 3 degree shims and had vibes below 20 mph. Then I added a CB drop and they are better but still there. I may put the 1 degree back in and see how it does with the CB drop. I have the Toytec (Deaver) 3 leaf AAL with the overload in and right now I'm sitting at 2 1/2 - 2 3/4 lift in the rear.

I havehave that kit with JBA' ucas and a Toytec(Deaver) 33 leaf AAL in the rear. I added a 1/4 inch spacer up front and I'm going to swap it out with a 1/2 inch one for a little more lift . I ended up with about 1 3/4 up front and 2 1/2 out back. the ride is stiffer but not bad I really like it and I'm glad I got this one instead of the pro

I measured all 3 of my operating angles using a digital angle finder. For the record I have a HS 3 leaf AAL installed with overload leaf installed. I got 2 inches of lift in the rear. My operating angles from front to rear:
Transfer case U joint 3.4 degrees, CB U joint 3.1 degrees and rear pinion U joint 6.1 degrees. I do not have CB spacer installed. I just ordered a 3 degree shim kit from HS. This will bring my rear pinion up to 3.1 degrees to match my CB angle U joint of 3.1 degrees. I expect this will work.

    Driver's side.
Rear brake line spacer. Should be just to the left of your pumpkin. You'll see the spot for it to go.
