Hey guys I’ve been. Following your issue of the clunk. I have the shocks install but haven’t had any issues with it so far. I haven’t done anything in the rear either. Reading your issues is making me wanna go back to stock, since I installed it I wasn’t to sure about it and now with this is making me a bit un easy being that my truck is fairly new and hate to have issues with it. Any advise for me in regards to the issue what should I watch out for ?

Removed sway bar, noise 90% gone. No noise, clunks, or otherwise unusual stuff from driver side. Passenger-side still has a clunk. Pretty sure that is because my UBJ is toast. I could probably jack it up to confirm, but the pic looks to confirm what I think. I really didn't want to do UCA's, but I don't see much of an option now. I'm certainly not going with another stock one as warranty is a non-option now.

    Passenger:

I left my bar off as I will give it more time to verify if it is the bar or not, but i'm going to go ahead and order a relocate kit.
It was extremely smooth without the bar though...

So I have an appointment tomorrow to verify what I think is going on. If I am right I will have to decide whether I just replace the BJ or do UCA's. I only have about 1000 to 1,500 miles or so on the lift so I got to imagine it was going south before I did the install. Timing sucks for sure though.

What’s the mileage on your truck? I’m at 27,500 or so now. I do notice the lack of caster MUCH more on this truck than the last one, even with similar alignment numbers.

I've had this kit on my 2013 for almost a year and no clunks or vibes. I bought the ECGS bushing but haven't put it in...Yet. Check your ball joints.

Could you share some details about the shims? I think I understand how they work but I don't fully understand where they are supposed to be installed.

The shim goes between bottom of leaf and axle perch, thin side to front. Rule of thumb is 1 degree per inch of lift. Two different styles, one gets bolted to spring with longer center pin. other style slides in (u shape cut in shim) but you need longer center bolt, with center bolt extension collar.

    Any CB drop for you?

I installed the 3leaf AAL sans OL leaf when I originally installed the lift almost a year ago. I did not install shims or the CB drop at the time, and haven’t noticed any drive line vibrations. I’ll be putting the OL back in the weekend. While I’ve got everything apart, I’ll be adding the center bolt extension collar on the new center bolt to eliminate a step if I need to add shims later.

Yes, I installed CB drop a few months after. I made my own out of some steel I had, purchased new bolts. I had a very slight vib. CB drop took care of it.

Dealer couldn't locate any problem. I'm kind of in a holding pattern as of now. Not sure whether to push on or take it back to stock and see if problem still exists. I'm also dealing with a vibe issue and squeaky leafs...

That's what I'm told. I find that hard to believe though.
