I wanna hear all about it ! Your mission, if you choose to accept it should go something like this:

    1. While you are waiting for delivery, get out your cameras and measuring sticks and get some honest and accurate baseline measurements.
    2. Go for a ride over a predetermined route of mixed road surfaces including nice flat highway and take paper notes of your impressions before.
    3. Bring a secretary !

    4. Then you can duplicate the same route at the same speeds and weather conditions after the install and record impressions again.

    5. Report back here ! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

    God I hate this place...
$625.16 Shipped to my house... 581.40 Before shipping. I ordered from Olathe Toyota so if you are closer to Kansa than I am you can guess on the shipping rate. I'm in Ohio.

I need to still get rear leafs, so it won't get done for awhile.

Luckily I just bought my wife a new Pixel XL2 monday and that was over $900, so I should be good... Right?
Also, this is my work truck so it's getting written off.

Was that an online price or did you call?

Like others following this thread, I’m interested in a mild lift. And I feel like Toyota would be more likely to honor warranty work should it be needed, if my truck still contains OEM parts. This is purely my own speculation as I have not spoken with anyone within Toyota about the subject.

Yep that's me just after purchase October 2015. It was a definitely at least 1-1.5" higher in the front and about 1/2" higher in the back when I had 16s. TRD Pro rears are lower. I have since: added approx 175lb Snugtop Rebel shell, and installed 2" rear blocks to lift the rear. It seems better aligned imo. Recently added 4-Runner TRD 17" wheels (add another 1" lift), 265/75/r17s. Today it sits a good 2-2.5" higher than a OEM Off Road on the dealers lot. Hope this helps.

So would new leaves that provide 2" of lift be about right? I have the same wheels and also a cap with a full prinsu. I also usually have a bed full of gear.

You're saying the rear was .5" taller because of the Pro suspension??

I'm not holding you to anything. It's just hard to get answers on this. 2" in the rear make yours level to some forward rake?

2" blocks brought the rear noticeably higher than the front without the shell (too much so). With no shell I would have gone with 1"-1 1/2" blocks. With all my gear it sits level to maybe a touch higher in the rear with the 2" blocks.

So new leaves ordered and I also ordered a 1/4" top spacer to give me some added adjustment if necessary.

That was a fast $1300 lol.

I was of the understanding that replacing rear shocks, in and of itself, provides no lift.
