Ah, so you're not running 255s. The tires they tested that were 255/85/16s were most likely KM2s.

Sure! Like I said I ended up going with 265/75/16 KO2's on my 2016 OffRoad:

Oh yeah, missed that part! I think there was some sort of confusion or miscommunication because KO2s aren't offered in 255/85r16. Either way, glad you enjoy the 265s!

Ok, thanks for clarifying. I'm 99.9% sure that they don't make KO2's in that size. The BF Goodrich website only lists the KM2 for that size; however, it is still a bit surprising you rubbed at all regardless of what tire it was given the OP has had no issues with his set.

Bottom pic looks like your not on stock suspension anymore, looks like you have Camburg Upper Control arms... am I correct?

I think that the more of the mud terrains people buy, the more they might branch out into AT. Most companies will gauge interest, but that doesn't mean the market actually exists.

You will have better luck requesting an receiving a tire in a tread style you want from Tread wright, than you will from say BFG

It does not hurt to contact as many manufacturers as we can requesting this IMHO. :)
