I notice Discount Tire Direct has some sizes in stock although they are not listed online. Give us a call or send a PM for pricing. We're happy to help.

Post a ton of pics. These are most likely the tires I will be getting and and VERY curious about them in this size and on stock wheels.

Has anyone used the JBA UCA with these tires and there suspension set up? On the jba website it says you need a certain amount of offset

Ordered 5 km3s as well.. now the waiting game begins. Thanks to Don at Discount Tire Direct. Ill be stoked if they fit without major rubbing (more so if no rubbing at all :fingerscrossed:). Will be pre-gaming the truck this weekend and remove the mudflaps

Post LBL wheeling report on Mastercraft Courser CXT 255/85R16's:

Fantastic traction, I only had ATRAC kick on once all weekend long. Some minor mudflap rub on occasion, only when turning and braking. Got decently flexed out without issues. 9/10, 10/10 with rice.

What was your 1st set? Any rubbing with those? Do you have a lift?

KO2's, they were on Mercedes G-Wagon so its not really comparable. But I ran 255/85 R16s KM2s on my 2nd Gen with zero problems or rubbing. Great tires and am expecting the Km3's to be even more road friendly with the extra sipping on the treads. Wishing BFG made their Commercial Traction T/A in the 255/85r16s size. I ran them in the 235/85r16s and I think they were a great mix of AT&MT tread patterns.

Do you mind giving me the info on your suspension? I am looking at kings as well and just stumbled on this thread of 255's and digging the idea.

So they are Extended travel Kings 2.5 w/ reservoirs and compression adjusters. I have total chaos UCAs and a 700 pound springs on the coilovers. The leaf springs are the Icon RXT pack. I love the set up.

Currently putting together my own suspension build. How much weight do you carry in the bed with that leaf pack? Any need for updated spindles or the ECGS bearing?

So I have option 1 set up right now, so no weight. I have a swing out on the way and I want to get a bed rack so I'll be doing option 3 here pretty soon.
My truck is a 4x4 so I'm not sure upgrading the spindles is a thing, unless in mistaken.
No ECGS bearing done and no driveline issues.

Okay. Like I said I’m still
Putting together a shopping list and a research list too. Lots to learn on here. Haven’t gotten to why people talk about the spindles in some of these threads yet. o_O

Just finished learning about the ECGS bearing or bushing or whichever B word..

    Thanks for the info

Here is a few shots of the new KM3s for the moment, Ill grab some better ones soon. They are only slightly louder than the stock wranglers. At 50mph the speedo is off 3 mph (actually traveling at 53mph).
