What's going to happen when I rip this sob aftermarket security system out. Will I be able to start the truck. Looks like a lot of wires connected.

I believe it's causing the intermittent starting issues I've been having. The battery and alternator are good. Had them checked out.

The answer is, No. The security system is disconnected, but truck still won't start. Maybe that's not what's been causing the intermittent non-starts.

So when you disconnected every thing from the Alarm all the wiring is now returned to factory specs??

Your truck does not crank ?? Neutral safety switch working like it should??

It cranks but does not start??

Yes, all wiring is at factory spec. All I did was unplug the wires into the alarm box, then plugged them back in. Fixed a wire on the reset button that I broke when removing the panel. Was able to turn off the blinking light using the reset button.

Truck does not crank. Not familiar with neutral safety switch.

on most aftermarket alarm systems there is a starter interupt relay located somewhere under the dash. When looking at the wire harness that comes off of the electrical portion of the ignitiion switch you should see either a large gauge white or white with red tracer. Installers usually put the relay somewhere along either of these wires. If this is the case you can either take the relay out, cut the terminals off and splice the wires together, solder them, dont just twist them and put a wire nut on them or get a 5 post relay. One leg of the 5 post relay is always connected and you just put the wires on those 2 connections. A link to what I am referencing if you are not familiar...

You should look up the wiring diagram for the alarm and see what is all connected that would help you see what's going on a little better, there may be an external relay somewhere. Mine has an external relay that crosses the ignition wire so when the system is locked it opens the relay and won't allow crank

Thanks for the suggestions. I was able to get the truck started by putting it in neutral. It's started several times in park afterwards, no issues. I'll look into getting a wiring diagram for the old security system so it can be properly removed.
