question about bilstein 5100s for my 2000 Pre-runner

    I've got set of bilstein 5100 for my 2000 Pre-runner. If i set the front on the middle setting can i run the 265/70/17's off my 2010? I'm trying not to run blocks or an AAL in the rear, if I can help it.
