I assume the top of the net attached around the bed rail cleats.

Does the bottom have the usual black plastic clips so that I could attach it to the d-rings near the tailgate?

That's how I intend to use it most of the time since I have a tonneau cover.

    Thank you in advance!

I have the same question about how the bottom attaches. After looking at the picture you included, though, it looks like the net is 2 sided and just hangs from the bed tie off points.

The bottom does not have any clips, it just hangs and the top does attach around the bed cleats. I'm at work so can't get any pictures for you right now. Can post some up this weekend if you would like though.

The bottom does NOT have any clips.
Go to a Tack Store or Tractor Supply and buy 2 brass double end Clips then you can attach it to the d-rings...OR...at least that's what I did.

    Example of Clips: http://www.NationalBridle.com/product-p/1-1349.htm

I had this before I got my cap and really liked it. I don't think it needs any attachment at the bottom. Never had any issues or even considered putting bottom attachments. The ends are sealed so the cargo won't go any place and when you put things in it (like groceries) it stretches and they sit on the bed with the net just keeping them from rolling around. But things might be different if you don't have the rubber bed mat in there.

Simply put, I was very happy with it. Gave it to my friend when I got my cap and he loves it as well.
