Hey, new to this website - first post!

My Tacoma has three diagnostic codes right now -
    P0138 - O2 circuit high voltage bank 1 sensor 2
P0031 - heater control circuit low bank 1 sensor 1
    P2195 - O2 sensor signal stuck lean bank 1 sensor 1

It seems clear that something is up with the O2 sensor(s). My question is, just out of curiosity, is it common to see all three codes at once? Assuming it isn't, any thoughts on whats going on?

Just want to confirm that it would be wise to just replace both O2 sensors. The people at Knechts said to buy a "fuel-air sensor" and convinced me it was different from an O2 sensor....

I'm confused - some advice would be much appreciated. Lastly, any help with where the best place to go to buy them would be awesome!

(I have read prior posts about this, but honestly thought this may be somewhat unique...hopefully it is!)

    Thanks for the help!!
