I know what you mean by the chest crave.
    I quit a month ago
But I've been smoking since I was 12

The best you could do is find a hobby, go shoot stuff, drive around and hang out with friends who DO NOT smoke.
    I repeat. DO NOT SMOKE.
WIll power. Just tell yourself you won't do it.

i felt really kewl going in there...but then i was like the smallest. i did pick up a kewl dirty girl racing decal...it made me feel truly street-queenish. i prolly did see yours!

anyways to the guy tryin to kick the nic....find a crap load of cig butts and put them in a jar about half full o' water and cap it tight...leave it sit overnight and then every time you want one take the cap off and breathe deep...its pretty gnarly smelling
