    i just bought an 08 double cab prerunner sr5, the TRD off road one and i was wondering about any tsb's i should be worried about. i saw people talking about old suspension in the back and a few other things. what should i know about these? and should i take it back in to the dealership to get them fixed? thanks...

    08 is not included in suspension TSB. Some people have been able to get the updated shocks, but those probably had the same shocks as the 05-07. The newer 08's have different springs.

    When/if you have any problems, post them here and someone will probably know if there is a TSB for it.

    There are a few TSB's but I honestly can't think of them. If you grab the search button or even google it - you should be able to find more.

    Before you go to the dealer -make sure you're fully prepared and educated on each TSB. YOu'll know more about the TSB's than some dealerships do!!

    Yeah, I saw that some older 08's have the same springs as us and the newer 08's have a slightly different model number than us.
