Question about wheel spacers and aftermarket flares

I notice a lot of people using the 1.25" wheel spacers to get a better stance out of their truck, does it affect the handling or ride of the truck at all? I was gonna get some i just don't want to compromise the ride.

I've also wanted aftermarket fender flares for awhile but i've only looked into the bushwacker ones, i don't want ones that will stick way out, any suggestions on brand/style? Thanks as always!

 

The spacers do affect the geometry a bit...shouldnt change the ride.
As fas as fenders...my suggestion would be glassworks 4.5.

Also this may be obvious but do the spacers come in sets of 2 or 4? I can't find anywhere in canada that sells them yet, they only ship to the u.s., even the sub-sites that carry them

 

They come as a pair so you'll need to order QTY of 2 to get 4 spacers

As for the flares, i more-so just meant that and not the entire fender replacement, those ones are sweet but i was looking at the flare replacements only. Maybe once i get my lift down the road i will look into those because they make your truck stand out so much
